Venturing into starting his own business, he gained invaluable insights into government contracting, fostering growth for employees and customers. Chuck is an entrepreneur, strategist, technologist, fixer, closer, and trusted advisor. Recognizing challenges and opportunities in supporting the government, Chuck launched Fedpreneur to create enduring value. The uncharted journey, fueled by his relentless pursuit of knowledge and connections with seasoned entrepreneurs, shaped Fedpreneur’s foundation. As Founder of an IT services firm that began nearly 10 years ago, Chuck also leads innovative solutions in cybersecurity, IT operations, and business strategies. With over 35 years of US Government experience, including senior executive leadership in global IT operations, he's renowned as a transformative leader and mentor. Fedpreneur, Chuck's latest endeavor, is a vibrant community navigating the transition from federal and military career fields to entrepreneurship. Serving as a consolidated hub, Fedpreneur offers insights, guidance, and a supportive network. Despite being a Washington, D.C., native, Chuck's global upbringing adds a unique perspective. Residing in Northern Virginia, he enjoys international and long distance motorcycle travel with his family. Fedpreneur is more than an organization; it's a testament to Chuck's visionary leadership, empowering others on their entrepreneurial journey.

  • Elaine Steele

    Elaine Steele

    Elaine Steele is a former Central Intelligence Agency executive with over 37 years experience in a variety of IT disciplines, management, and leading large complex programs within the Intelligence Community including readying CIA IT infrastructure for Y2K and delivering the first digital Library of National Intelligence. She began her career as a computer programmer and systems engineer on large mainframe computers and later became an expert in storage and backup systems across multiple OS platforms with a focus on highly available systems and services, and planning for continuity of operations. Towards the end of her career, Ms. Steele oversaw the CIA AWS cloud program implementation and ran a working capital fund business running the Agency’s data center services. She has extensive experience with federal budget lifecycle activities, portfolio management, and briefing OMB and Congressional staffers. Ms. Steele joined IT Availability LLC in 2019 as an executive consultant. In this role she has participated in proposal development and review, engaged with IT partner organizations’ evaluating their technologies and advising them on how best to approach working with the Intelligence Community. In her spare time, Ms. Steele travels, plays golf, and serves on the board of Argyle Country Club.

  • Laura Branton

    Ms. Laura Branton completed her federal career as a Senior Intelligence Service (SIS) executive with a unique blend of skills and 30 years of distinguished service in the Central Intelligence Agency and National Reconnaissance Office.  She has been called upon to turn around troubled programs, foster high performing teams, and has achievements in establishing and leading enterprises, work units, programs, projects and encouraging communications/collaboration. While in the Central Intelligence Agency, she led and managed the largest worldwide support, IT engineering, and operations workforce. She also led and managed the IT Enterprise Business Systems organization (HR, Finance, Logistics, Medical, Security, Products/Services catalog for the Working Capital Fund) across the entirety of the CIA. She held executive positions that reflect a mix of strategic planning, engineering management, technology implementation, business system lifecycle and IT O&M expertise. She served abroad in several assignments. Since completing her federal career, Ms. Branton has business development experience and served on various business and philanthropic Boards. Before her position at IT Availability, she worked for Jacobs (Jacobs.com) as a Program Director and a Solutions Architect. In the latter capacity, she created specific business and technical solutions for written proposals and white papers. Ms. Branton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Management with a minor in Business Management from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Ms. Branton resides in Fairfield Glade, Tennessee with her husband Jeff and dog (Baby).

    Guy Timberlake is an accomplished and award-winning entrepreneur and public sector growth leader with more than 35 years of verifiable experience, knowledge, and relationships. He is known throughout Federal Contracting as Go-To-Guy, a badge of honor given to him by U.S. Air Force, Marine Corps and Navy clients in the mid-1990s who found him to be highly reliable and trustworthy. He is co-founder and chief executive of The American Small Business Coalition (The ASBC) and creator of the Ethical Stalking for Government Contractors® body of knowledge. Go-To-Guy leads the development and execution of education, training, and mastermind programs to empower the people within client-companies to thrive in doing business with federal agencies and federal prime contractors.

  • Michele Bull

    Michele Bull began her 12-year journey with the Department of Defense at the age of 16. As a Systems Engineer in the U.S. Intelligence Community, she was part of a team responsible for the design, building, testing and deployment of collection systems supporting our Nation’s mission and operational programs. In addition to many letters of appreciation from leaders within the community, she was formally recognized at multiple levels within the Department of Defense for her actions in support of the mission. Following her exemplary career in Government, Michele continued her service in the Public Sector as an employee of a small business contracted by civilian and intelligence agencies of the U.S. Government. It was here that she became a federal contracting growth professional, developing acute insights in the areas of market research, business development, capture management, and proposal management. In 2018, Michele joined The American Small Business Coalition, where she continues her service by developing and facilitating education, training, and coaching to leaders of companies providing goods and services to civilian, defense, and intelligence agencies. Michele earned her B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and is a wife, mother to two amazing scholar-athlete daughters, an avid cyclist, and a three-time Ironman finisher.
